Where is my car?
Just contact the office and a representative will be there to help.Please have your driver license,car registration and proof of insurance plus any additional documents the police can request when you call.
How can I retrieve my personal belongings from the car?
Once you have fulfilled all the documentation requirements, we will allow you to retrieve your personal belongings from the car. Please keep in mind that the car will only remain with us for a limited period. After that, it may be transferred to the Abandoned Vehicles Facility, auction, or repair shop upon the request of the owner, the insurance company or the authorities.
Why was my card towed?
Cars are towed for various reasons, but the most common ones include requests from the police, landlord, owner, and/or driver.
Can you explain the fees?
The fees are set by Montgomery County. There are charges for the call, storage, and any additional services required. Please contact our office, and they will provide you with detailed explanations for each charge.
My Insurance company will handle it. NOT necessarily.
We advise you to immediately report the accident to your insurance company and/or get legal advice.However, in order for the insurance company to have access to your car, you must sign a release authorization form for the towing company and provide documents as proof of ownership. Please contact us, and we will guide you on how to fill out a Release Form.
Which forms of payments will you accept?
We prefer cash, but we also accept credit cards such as VISA and Mastercard. Please note that credit card payments must be accompanied by proper identification. We strictly follow all guidelines set by Montgomery County.
